Umpires must complete the on-line portion of the AL DYB Umpire Training Program by April 15th and attend the District Workshop and complete the free on-line Concussion Awareness Training offered by the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) to be eligible to umpire in any level of tournament play . Contact the District UIC for information on the District Workshop.
